The Journey materials are written to inspire you to recognize and realize the greatness that lies within all of us – to point to the possibility that participating in our own healing journeys is a gift we can give to ourselves. It is a “wake-up call” to the freedom and wholeness already inside. 

It is NOT designed to take you away from whatever healing or health programme you are on – whether orthodox or alternative. Instead, it is meant to enhance and support your own chosen process and growth. In the field of healing there are no guarantees, and there are as many routes to healing and health as there are people. Hopefully, The Journey materials will inspire and support you in whatever path you choose. 

The Journey Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Online Events

Events are refundable or transferable up to 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but your booking may be transferred to an alternative event.

Satisfaction Guarantee – Journey Immersion & Conscious Abundance

Journey Immersion and Conscious Abundance are offered with an additional Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must attend the full programme.

If, after fully participating in the programme, you genuinely feel that it has not delivered what was promised, please let us know within 48 hours of the programme ending and we will refund your investment in full.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only after you have attended the programme. If you choose not to attend, the standard Online Event cancellation terms above apply.

2. Live Retreats

Cancellations made more than one month before the event will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations made within one month of the event are non-refundable.

Funds may be transferred to an alternative event by agreement with The Journey.

3. Special Events

Certain Journey events have specific cancellation and refund terms due to their nature, limited capacity, accommodation commitments, venue costs or other advance costs associated with the event.

Where special cancellation terms apply, these will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will take precedence over our standard cancellation terms.

Reset & Heal Your Life Retreat

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, its very limited number of places and the advance commitments involved in running the event, all bookings for the Reset & Heal Your Life Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once your booking has been made, your place cannot be cancelled for a refund or transferred to another person or Journey event.

Should The Journey cancel the retreat, you will of course be entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer the amount paid to another Journey event.

4. Personal Transformation & Journey Practitioner Programmes

Should you choose to cancel your booking:

Any portion of the programme that has already been completed will revert to the full individual price of that event and will need to be paid in full.

Any events not yet completed may be refunded less a 10% administration fee, or transferred to an alternative event at no additional cost.

If you cancel within 14 days of a scheduled event, you will not be eligible for a refund for that event. The fees may be transferred to an alternative event by agreement with The Journey.

5. If The Journey Cancels an Event

Should The Journey cancel an event, you will be offered either:

a full refund, or the option to transfer the full amount paid to another Journey event of your choosing.
