Terms and Conditions


The Journey materials are written to inspire you to recognize and realize the greatness that lies within all of us – to point to the possibility that participating in our own healing journeys is a gift we can give to ourselves. It is a “wake-up call” to the freedom and wholeness already inside. 

It is NOT designed to take you away from whatever healing or health programme you are on – whether orthodox or alternative. Instead, it is meant to enhance and support your own chosen process and growth. In the field of healing there are no guarantees, and there are as many routes to healing and health as there are people. Hopefully, The Journey materials will inspire and support you in whatever path you choose. 


Individual Retreat & Event Bookings

Events refundable or transferrable up to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but may be transferred.

Personal Transformation &/or Journey Practitioner Program

Should you choose to cancel your booking, the following terms apply: Any portion of the event that has been completed will revert to full price and will need to be paid in full. Any events not completed may be refunded less a 10% admin fee or transferred to an alternate event at no cast. Should you cancel within 14 days prior to the event, you will not be eligible for a refund, and fees may be transferred to an alternative event with agreement from The Journey.

Should The Journey cancel any event, you will be refunded in full, or the money transferred to an event of your choosing.


Personal information, which you supply to us, may be used in a number of ways:

  • to supply products, seminar information and invoices to you

  • to process payments

  • to inform you about upcoming events

  • to share newsletters and blogs with you

  • to keep you up to date with free materials and online webinars

  • to offer you access to Journey community groups

  • to gain statistical analysis 

We will not disclose any information that we hold about you to any company outside The Journey Events Group. For further information on how your information is used, how we maintain the security of your information and your rights to access information we hold on you, please contact the office.

You can at any time ask to be removed from the e-mail list by writing to us at support@thejourney.com or hitting the unsubscribe key on any e-mail message.
